- Establishment of 'Real estate regulatory authority', a new wing which we hope would be corruption less
- Project promoters i.e. builders and agents as well have to register with regulatory authority and disclose the necessary information to customers
- Disputes will be handled at a faster pace through the regulatory system
- More transparency and accountability in real estate transactions
- Deposit of portion money of project cost by developer in separate escrow account
- Clarity in carpet area
- Possession should be taken within two months of issuance of occupancy certificate
- Provision of imprisonment for promoters, agents and buyers as well for violation of law
